Tales of Xillia the thirteenth installment in the long-running Tales JRPG series hit Japanese markets on September 7, 2011, but U.S. series fans had to wait nearly two years for it to come stateside. Needless to say, a great deal of anticipation surrounded its August 6th, 2013 North American release. Was it worth the wait? Tales of Xillia has several wonderful qualities, but proves lackluster in several major areas.
