This August 2015, Blizzard will be coming up with a new expansion called The Grand Tournament! This expansion focuses on Hero Powers. New cards that will inherently benefit from your hero powers or even strengthen it by making it cost less mana. This is indeed a new take by Blizzard by making the game much more unique. This will indeed make players much more inclined to use their Hero Power more often and in some cases, you can use it more than once!
