With the launch of the PS4 many customers are complaining about bricked units, and many will most probably complain when the Xbox One will launch as well. Electronics have a failure rate, and that's inevitable. The widespread use of social media has given us the power to keep corporations on their toes, and that's undeniably positive, but it also removed part of the perspective from the picture, making things look worse than they actually are to the casual onlooker.
