There are plenty of games out now that allow players to mow down zombies with a homemade halberd or flamethrower, and now players are calling for something a little deeper. The release of The Last of Us earlier this year moved the genre away from constant, guns-blazing action to something with more subtlety and drama. If Capcom wants to compete in this new market, they have to make some changes to their formula for Dead Rising 3.
